A Word From Alicia
I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. My family moved to Yolo County when I was 7 and I’ve lived in Woodland since then.
I’ve been doing Real Estate for one year now, specializing in New Homes, Residential Properties (First Time Home Buyers) and Investment Properties. (Eventually my goal is to also specialize in Commercial Properties too).
I am very excited to be part of Re/Max Woodland and work for Don Sharp and to be part of such a great professional team, I think Re/Max has the right tools and support to help me reach my goals.
I worked in the Title/Escrow Industry for 17 years (First American Title), where I held different positions, leading me to hold the Escrow Officer/Branch Manager position for the Woodland Branch, where I lead one of the top producing escrow desks for the county.
My previous experience in the Escrow Field, where I handled very complex transactions, including exchanges, refinances, resales, commercial, agricultural and new home transactions made the switch into Real Estate rather easy and very enjoyable.
Customer Satisfaction has always been my top priority, I always try to keep that in mind and apply to each and every transaction.
I’ve been married for 17 years to Enrique Mendez and I am the mother of 16 year old Bianca and 6 year old Omar.
I graduated from Woodland High and attended Woodland Community College for two years, majoring in Business and Accounting.
In my spare time (not that I have much of) I enjoy gardening and spending time with family.
